As our games grew more ambitious, so did our technical scope. We realized that to support global play at scale, we needed to build groundbreaking infrastructure from the ground up. Starting with our own Business Intelligence and Webtools in the mid-2000s, to full-scale e-commerce and online ecosystems by 2010, our DNA fundamentally shifted.
Today, robust architectures like our SPA and ADS platforms (2014) and the Titan system (2019) are the core systems that connect and support Gameloft worldwide. We aren't just making games; we are the architects behind the technology that powers them.
Building world-class technology requires a world-class environment. As we expanded into global operations like Customer Care (2009) and Community Management (2011), we reinforced a core belief: our greatest asset is our people. We intentionally cultivate a studio culture rooted in psychological safety, transparency, and mutual respect.
We want every team member to feel secure in their role and deeply valued for their contributions. Because when our people feel heard and supported, our best innovations follow.
Our story is far from over. With the launch of Gameloft Club in 2024 and the upcoming release of Dragon Mania Haven in 2027, we are always looking ahead to what's next. But we know the best way to grow is to bring in new voices. That’s why we are working closely with universities to welcome top Gen Z talent into our teams.
We want your fresh ideas and bold perspectives to challenge us and help shape our global tech projects. The future of play is a collaborative effort, and we want to build it together.
