Allows users to make the .dll by running `make`. Also creates packages with `make tar.gz` or `make zip`.

Also, if tags are pushed, then I can modify the makefile to actually put version numbers, not just the number of commits to get to |

Thanks. Since I can configure this one end to end it will be easier than for MJ and it will allow me to configure me jenkins instance. |

Tags are awesome. Just make sure you use the annotated tags. Then you can actually put your release notes in git. ( http://git-scm.com/docs/git-tag ) |
