WickWatch Pro

finally, candle manufacturers don't have to die in a fire because their fragrance load compliance lived in a Google Sheet

WickWatch Pro tracks every flash point, IFRA fragrance concentration limit, and fire suppression certificate across your entire commercial candle and wax melt production line. It auto-flags non-compliant scent blend combinations before your batch hits the pour floor and spits out OSHA incident-ready reports in one click. Every wax factory should have had this ten years ago — I'm genuinely mad it didn't exist.

Features

  • Real-time flash point monitoring with configurable threshold alerts per SKU and wax type
  • Cross-references over 4,700 IFRA-listed fragrance compounds against your active blend library automatically
  • Native integration with OSHA 300 log format — one click, no reformatting, no excuses
  • Batch genealogy tracking that survives an audit without you breaking a sweat
  • Wax melt and container candle compliance treated as separate rule sets, because they are

Supported Integrations

Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, ShipStation, FragranceNet Supplier API, WaxTrack ERP, ComplianceVault, OSHA RDS Gateway, Stripe, LotBridge, ScentMatrix Pro, BatchLedger, IFRA DataSync

Architecture

WickWatch Pro is built on a microservices architecture — each compliance domain (flash point, IFRA limits, certifications, batch records) runs as an isolated service behind an internal API gateway so failures stay contained and deployments stay surgical. The core blend-flagging engine is backed by MongoDB, which handles the deeply nested fragrance compound relationship data better than anything relational I tried. Session state and hot compliance rule caches live in Redis for the long haul, keeping repeat lookups under 40ms even on large production catalogs. The frontend is a lean React app that talks exclusively to the gateway — no direct service calls, no exceptions.
