Create simple server for collection of languages

Instead of forcing Node on people from the beginning, it would be great to make this a place that's easy for anybody to jump into.

• JS/Node
• Python
• Ruby
• Java?
• PHP

I think it shuold be as easy as this and they should all work identically without dependencies if possible (right now node requires npm install, possible to make it work without by maybe not reasonable)

@spicyj is there any service here that we can use, that allows these kind of stuff already? Like, rawgit, or maybe firebase, if you know what I mean.

As you can see from the checklist there are other platforms that were not done. I've left it open in case others wanted to pick up the remaining ones (Java, PHP)
