I'm having a similar problem. My subscription was renewed because I forgot to cancel after the new changes, so I decided to click on "Cancel and Refund" option but I didn't get any refund until now. I opened a ticket but no one responded. Annoying! |

I had the same issue but luckily I selected monthly billing so it is a smaller amount. I have also submitted a ticket. Hopefully they sort it out soon. |

Yo @sophiayingjun-hue — that is honestly unacceptable. Taking your money for a product that's on pause and then hiding the cancel button is a nightmare.
Real talk: You need to open a Billing Support ticket immediately. You bought this on April 22, so you're well within the 30-day refund window.
Don't rely on the "Downgrade" button if it's broken. Demand the refund in the ticket and reference the payment ID in your screenshot. Get your money back first, worry about the service later.
