* Correct the onClick per USACE/groundwork#216 * Add the hash base to all link urls * Include base in all `<a>` tags and convert them to `<Link/>` * Turn up the BASE_URL * Remove extra slash from all references to account for discoveries in #170 and #169 * Change back to hash, not sure how this got switched * Patch bump * Run npm install, and npm audit * Fix help links from bad replace all * Correct missing base from navlinks * Normalize line endings * Change package/package-locks to match main
