The "Publish" and "Publish Agent" steps in the agent setup instructions are no longer applicable. Agents no longer need to be promoted from development assets into managed Azure resources with dedicated endpoints. - Remove the "Click Publish" instruction step - Remove the "From the confirmation dialog click Publish" step - Remove the explanation about promoting agents to managed resources Ported from azure-samples/microsoft-foundry-baseline PR #101.
