Show Scriptlets and ExtendedCss versions in About

Problem Description

If some filtering rule does not work*, it is impossible to find out quickly what versions of Scriptlets and ExtendedCss are used in current version of the app

* it may not work just because not latest versions of libs are used

Proposed Solution

Show versions of Scriptlets and ExtendedCss in About. Similarly to #2050
