VPN profile won't connect after settings reset

STR:

1. create VPN profile, enable DNS protection
2. reset settings in AdGuard app
3. create the VPN profile again. try to enable DNS protection.

expected result: VPN is working
actual result: VPN won't connect until you restart the app and pass through onboarding.
