1. the feeling or state of being annoyed
2. something that makes you annoyed
   Your now Chinese translation for "annoyances" is 煩惱, which usually means the feeling or state of being annoyed.
   For something that makes you annoyed, we should translate "No annoyances" to "無惱人的事物".

You don't understand.
Even you wrongly approved the translation of "No phishing (无网络钓鱼)" for "No annoyances" in zh-CN.

The original translation in zh-TW is correct, but you disapproved it.
I anew approved them.

Ex: How will you translate "There are many annoyances on the website" in Chinese?
Nobody would say 有很多煩惱在網站上 since you say annoyances = 煩惱.

In your design, annoyances = annoying elements, not human feeling.

In Chinese, 煩惱 = worry when 煩惱 is used as noun.
煩惱 = annoyed when 煩惱 is used as adj.
