Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch AdGuard protection
2. Establish any web socket connection
3. Wait for 30-40 minutes

Expected Behavior

Websocket connection is terminated due to protection reload

Actual Behavior

Websocket connection is intact and protection reload isn't triggered

Issue seems to be related to #5806 and #5808
