Issue Details

For some unknown reason, my German Language-specific filter gets disabled after hours or reboot or whatever other unknown reason.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Language-specific ad blocking
2. Subscribe for German filter
3. Personally, I have the option Automatically activate language-specific filters disabled. It might be relevant...
4. Wait Hours, Days, Weeks, Reboots, until Blood moon. I have no idea, when and why it gets disabled

I noticed by browsing around and seeing place holders that are blocked on German sites. So I checked around and noticed, that my German filter is disabled.

It already happened the third time. So I can exclude, that I disabled myself by accident.

Expected Behavior

Keep filter settings I set without control them again.

Actual Behavior

My German filter (maybe others as well) gets disabled randomly.

In order to troubleshoot this issue, we need to get your application logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

Collect the debug log as it's explained here.
Remember the exact time when the issue was reproduced.
Send the archive to qa@adguard.com:

• include [windows] keyword and ISSUE_NUMBER in the subject of your email
• specify the exact time when the issue occurred

Thank you for the provided logs! We will pass them to our dev team for further investigation.

After updating to Nightly 33 (5321), the German filter was unchecked again. So updating AdGuard seems also disabling it.
Also Block trackers and Remove tracking paramters from URLs from my Custom tracking protection.

Checking the Filter editor, the filters are still there (not deleted), but simply unchecked.

I had to check them all 3 again.
