AdGuard Assistant filtering log won't open when task icon of AdGuard is closed

Steps to reproduce

1. Install AdGuard 7.4 and AGguard Assistant
2. Click on the AdGuard task icon and select "Close AdGuard, but continue filtering"
3. click on the AdGuard Assist icon and select "Open the filtering log" -> nothing will happen

Expected behavior

To see the filtering log even without having AdGuard in Taskicons.

Actual behavior

Filtering Log does not open.

The Assistant is able to see, that AdGuard is running in background. Otherwise the window would just say: "AdGuard is not running". So I would expect, that the Assistant will communicate with AdGuard and bring the filtering log in front.

Tested with Firefox and Edge Chromium

@Morku , as you close the AdGuard (more precisely the User Interface part) you are not able to invoke both the filtering log and settings tab. Looking for this issue as a feature request is a good point, we 'll work on it

I think when the GUI is closed and you click on filtering log, it should reopen the GUI with filtering log.
