Steps to reproduce
- Install AdGuard 7.4 and AGguard Assistant
- Click on the AdGuard task icon and select "Close AdGuard, but continue filtering"
- click on the AdGuard Assist icon and select "Open the filtering log" -> nothing will happen
Expected behavior
To see the filtering log even without having AdGuard in Taskicons.
Actual behavior
Filtering Log does not open.

The Assistant is able to see, that AdGuard is running in background. Otherwise the window would just say: "AdGuard is not running". So I would expect, that the Assistant will communicate with AdGuard and bring the filtering log in front.
Tested with Firefox and Edge Chromium
