Package Alias (Ghost Frog)

The action supports enable-package-alias and package-alias-tools inputs so subsequent steps can run mvn, npm, go, and other native commands without the jf prefix. Set JFROG_CLI_GHOST_FROG=true at the job level. If you install build tools after the action, re-pin the alias shim to GITHUB_PATH. See Use JFrog CLI Package Alias.
