    I’ve interviewed a lot of people at industry events. But yesterday in Warsaw? That was different! 🚀 Maybe it was the energy! Maybe it was the Google AppHub room.  Maybe it was hearing the word “AI” so many times that I started counting 😂 I talked with three people who are actually building, scaling, and monetizing mobile games right now, not just talking about it: John Wright, CEO at Turborilla Mac Byczynski, Head of BD at BoomBit Sergey Marcinkiewicz, Head of Publishing at Azur Games I asked them the uncomfortable stuff: → Is mobile gaming saturated, or is that just an excuse? → The biggest mistake developers make at launch? → Where would you bet on your next project in 2026?     Last week I had the pleasure to attend the GameJamPlus Finals and also of moderating a panel about indie publishing at Innova Summit and I wanted to craft a list of questions that would be insightful and at the same time spark a constructive conversation between publishers about the developers and the state of the industry. So I ended up asking several industry colleagues and some of the panelists themselves about which topics they usually miss in these kind of indie publisher panels and why. So, I ended up with a first warm up question for all, and then one question for each panelist that fit into their motivations and work context, making sure each one got to talk about something relevant for them and for the audience. We ended up in having a great constructive conversation with some nice insights. By the way, here are the questions, maybe you want to use any in an indie publisher panel you will moderate, or when meeting a publisher for your indie game 😊: - Do you love videogames? (question targeted to all panelists) - If you were an indie. How would you spot a mediocre publisher? (Dan Stern from DANGEN Entertainment) - What do you do if you can't find a publisher? (Jay Powell from The Powell Group) - How do you analyse the market trends? (Juliusz Micko from BoomBit) - Why do you think publishers are so secretive when talking about their tools and tips to developers?     Just returned from an incredible time in London attending the Meta Mobile Gaming Summit! 🎮✨ It was a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into the evolving landscape of data-driven advertising and connect with brilliant minds from across the industry. I had the honor of speaking on the panel “Data-Driven Decisions: Exploring Advertisers’ Measurement Approaches” - discussing the innovative strategies shaping how we understand and optimise user acquisition. A huge thank to BoomBit for giving me the opportunity to be there, alongside Gonçalo Alemao Martins it was a privilege to represent our team on such an inspiring stage.
