GitHub Copilot Pro slow since June 1 changes

Hi, I’ve been using GitHub Copilot for the last months. It has proven to be very valuable for me. I mostly use Opus and Sonnet. Before June 1, the performance was great. However, since June 1, the speed for me has become unusable. 20 minutes for a simple big fix (1 Unit test; total context ~ 100 lines of code). Before, this took about 30 seconds. I mostly use agent mode. It also often takes so long that I cancel the request.

it is now so slow that I cannot realistically use it. What is going on?
