I am really surprised that even though you make financial withdrawals earlier than the due date, the services you provide are contrary to what you promised, once we are informed that from now on you have to pay based on consumption, once again we understand that it is not based on that at all and there is still a limit and we have to wait a long time until the mistake on your part is fixed and then we can use it.
Specify the task or provide it correctly or not so that we know what to do and there is no logical and convincing reason for the problems that exist.

I feel that this area needs an organization or a union to have something to manage them, because now copilot is good, but you don't know what irresponsibility is done against the services we get from Google and you can't raise that problem anywhere, for example, you renew the service there for one month, but 15 days later you see that it has been renewed for the next month from your bank account. Thank God there is copilot, at least there is a problem that will be fixed soon.
