I am a student. I have an account whose ability to run github workflows was banned. So some few days back , I pushed code with my banned account but because the workflow was configured to be triggered by a push event to the repository, there is a workflow that got triggered , i was also suprised by this.
I tried cancelling it out but i failed. I tried switching accounts , disabling actions. All that didn't work.

I became concerned about this after finding a workflow that has been in que for 6 days.
