Thanks for the message! The 3dns executibles are available as part of the release however I am not releasing the 3dns source code publicly at this stage - I am happy to discuss individual either academic or commercial license agreements with source access on a case-by-case basis, please e-mail me directly about this (aw329@cam.ac.uk). If you are not able to get the released binaries to work on your systems, let me know your system requirements and I can update the binaries. The mesh generation tools can be adapted to be used with other software if you prefer this route - you would need to modify the python tools to write the meshes and connectivity for the format you require. I've made a few improvements to the meshing tools which I hope to update in the next few weeks.
