The Filter list is buggy when trying to swipe from the left.
If you go to a Filter group e.g. Security, try swiping from the left and List of filters will be buggy and will show the AdBlocking list. Pics below.

The list now contains the AdBlocking list. This applies to other Filter Groups as well wehn you try to swipe slowly from the left.
