Allow combine filtering modes instead of a mutual exclusion

Now we can select either "Driver" or "Proxy" filtering mode, whereas the current CoreLibs provides us with the possibility of combining such modes. Moreover, the current UI a bit wrong, because it must use checkboxes instead of  radiobuttons in the Network tab
