Failed test: Uninstallation via uninstall shortcut

Steps to reproduce

1. install the app in a custom folder
2. run uninstaller shortcut
3. uninstall the app

Expected behavior

1. uninstallation completed
2. AdGuard folder removed from custom installation path

Actual behavior

Adguard folder is not removed from custom installation path

The issue will be resolved later. In this PR the problem with constantly-updated uninstall shortcut is fixed.
