AdGuard Personal CA keeps coming back

Adguard should respect my choice of removing AdGuard Personal CA from Windows certificate store/OS. It keeps coming back if I close Adguard and reopen it. If I don't want and remove it, it should stay removed and not auto install on next run. Please see the attached picture. It shows where that the certificate keeps re-installing itself, even though I chose not to use https. Double checked in Adguard that it was unchecked, but still shows in Windows certificate store.

How to test:
TEST 1

1. Install AdGuard
2. Disable HTTPs filtering
3. Close AdGuard
4. Remove CA certificate from the store
5. Start AdGuard

Expected: CA will not appear in the store

TEST 2

1. Follow all the steps from TEST 1 (which must be passed)
2. Enabled HTTPs filtering by UI

Expected: CA will appear in the store

TEST 3

1. Follow all the steps from TEST 1 (which must be passed)
2. Change mode to proxy

Expected: CA will not appear in the store

TEST 4

1. Follow all the steps from TEST 1 (which must be passed)
2. Disable AdBlocking module
3. Enabled HTTPs filtering by UI

Expected: CA will appear in the store
