So basically, i love the new free house, it gives a major upgrade to the previous house! But the issue is, i think the furniture limit is too little, let’s just say you love designing house interiors in toca boca, but halfway through decorating you can’t place any more furniture anymore, I’m sure it’s a small problem, but the larger problem is that furniture automatically gets deleted from your house even though you didn’t want it removed, which in my opinion, is a BIG problem for toca boca interior designers like me. So the solution to this problem is to increase the furniture limit (PLEASE!)and to stop getting the furniture removed out of NOWHERE. In conclusion, thank you so much for putting this much effort into the game, i can tell the heart and passion you put into this game, which makes the game so lively for me and other fellow players, I’ve played this game since 2019, which considers me an OG, right? 😅 and I’ve seen most of the changes come and go,which really says about how much I enjoyed this game over the years. Anyways,I hope you’ve listened to this review and make some improvements! <3

Hi there 👋 We're so sorry about this! We understand how upsetting this can be 😔 A reset (red button on the main menu) can help fix the issue. While your world progress resets, your purchases, characters and outfits will still be there. This can also get your gifts back to the Post Office shelves. Let us know if you need help! ✨Toca Boca✨

Hi it’s me again there is no problems thank you for that but I would really recommend if you can get one more two level house please I really beg you. I just wanted to like have a nice life and Toca Boca world and I really want more furniture. I think ours is only a little bit also I really wish if you can get the glince Store for free cause I really wanted to make my dreams happen and I would really appreciate if you could do that. I would really appreciate it and also we might have also a little bit of a problem. Can I get a little bit of some more character creators, body and clothes I really would appreciate that too. I will an infinity out of infinity for Toca Boca computer and I really appreciate that you added a Hospital for free and everything for free really don’t really want the bed that’s not like sideways. I love this game but sometimes it just it can be a bit annoying sometimes because it randomly glitches of after I have spent so much time and effort on my world. It is now all deleted. I would really appreciate it if u could get my progress back because I was really disappointed when this happened 😔. If the progress doesn’t come back I feel like i won’t play as often because i know I will be spending time perfecting my world only for it to get deleted again. Toca Boca Life is an amazing game and gives u so much freedom with what u create. U can tell there is clearly so much effort put into it and i would change nothing about it except the glitches because it get really annoying. I have had Toca Boca for almost 4 years now and used to play when i was small as well I have always loved the game and this game is the only one I didn’t delete after a bit and i have kept this game for the longest out of all my games. It is really sad since I have spent almost a year perfecting this world only for it to be deleted. I would like to request for a saving system in the app that confirms everything is saved. I have also had other problems with the app like if I touch a certain thing then it glitches of this was actually the reason it got deleted in the first place. There have been times where if I touch a building or a food or a drink or even a certain spot it just chucks me out. I would be truly great full if u could fix this. Thank u

We have some troubles with the last few updates with Home Designer houses crashing the app. These issues should be fixed with the latest update, but you would need to rebuild your house to avoid the issue occurring again. Also, we will be sure to pass on your feedback about a saving system.
