Avoid this company if you don’t want to loose your money for nothing

Please be careful with this company, even better avoid it. They are not fair company and provide dishonest business towards their clients. Of course everyone see that their prices are much more higher than original, but problem is not even in it. I have ordered Gucci swimsuit S size from their company. First of all they sent me a wrong size which is M. Of course I mentioned that size is wrong and I want to return the item. Before returning I have made photos and video that swimsuit has same good quality and is not damaged. After returning they sent me email that Farfetch will not refund my payment because item is damaged. The company attached photos in which I can see that this swimsuit looks totally different from mine. I sent them photo and video proof that item that I sent them back was not damaged. Then Farfetch took 2 months to decide to refund my money or not. After 2 months they reject of refund and even didn’t explain why! How is it possible when client is sending all the evidence that item was really not damaged, especially when Farfetch is making mistake and sending the wrong size, to not refund the payment. This company is violating consumer protection laws! So, if you are ready to loose your money for nothing you can buy from this company.

Farfetch is a platform for luxury fashion and one would think they would treat their customers accordingly. I however have the worst experience, after nearly 3 weeks from placing my order, I have received a soulless automated email stating that “farfetch is sorry but the item I have already BOUGHT is unavailable”.I had to remind them about my order only to be informed that the item I have legally bought and ordered has been already sold. And guess what, the product in my size WAS STILL AVAILABLE ON THE SITE, only the price was higher.I will no longer recommend this store nor will I ever be placing my orders here again. This kind of treatment deserves a one star rating more so when it comes to the luxury goods they are selling.

There should be an option to give zero star to this shop. I am waiting over a week for one item being prepared for shipment. I contacted customer support multiple times to find out what the problem is but nobody could explain anything to me. I contacted boutique myself just to find out they are still waiting for shipment documents from Farfetch. Estimated delivery time shown is app is already overdue. If you have to buy from them use card where you can have the chargeback option so you will have a way to get your money back.
