Very good travel deals compared to other travel apps, best deals on flights and hotels with discount vouchers. Very seamless booking experience, fast booking confirmation, and with realtime flight notifications days before your flight and within your flight such us flight statuses, boarding, arrival, baggage claims (carousel #, including change in carousel # upon arrival). You also got to earn travel points converted to cash to use on your next bookings.

Terrible customer service

Flight bookings cannot be trusted with this service. Our flight was canceled by the airline, and we received notification only a few hours before departure. When we called, we were informed that the earliest available flight change was a week later. After considering this option, it was rejected because the cargo apparently did not match. Due to the long wait and inconvenience, we booked another flight out of pocket and requested a refund from their customer support team. It has been a month now, and still no refund has been processed. This is the second cancellation request, as the initial one was rejected by the airline, supposedly because it was submitted after the scheduled flight time, which was incorrect as we contacted them multiple times well before the flight. We were then informed that the agent who assisted us previously made a mistake by not submitting the request on time. We are still waiting for an update, and the process to get our money back has been unnecessarily complicated. This is the worst app ever. DO NOT USE!

WORST APP EVER!!!

I tried to book a hotel using this app and they accepted my booking immediately and deducted a certain amount in my back account right away. But when i got to the hotel i was told that the hotel is fully booked already and the only thing i can do is to get my refund in the app the i used to book the hotel with. I requested a refund on the app and they told me to wait 5-7 working days for my refund. They even marked me "hotel stay completed" even though i never got to stay in the hotel. It has been weeks already and everytime i try to ask for an update about the refund they update or email with the same email saying that the refund is still processing. Until now i havent got my refund yet and i have never been this frustrated and disappointed over an app thinking things would be so much more convenient when booking a hotel using this app!!!

Very cheap and all the staffs are very accommodating and easily to contact thru calls and via chat. I can recommend this apps. I hope they will allow affiliation because I will put a business travel agency sooner when pandemic is gone and flights are 100% available. I hope i can use this flat form to sell plane tickets and more. Platinum Tier user here soon to diamond.
