I dowloaded your app and wanted to use the basic options and have t noticed that it switched to the premium one! I have received the bill and was surprised that i had to pay 10 dollars for this.. as far i as i know i never agreed on paying for this app.

I downloaded your aplication and wanted to use the trial/ basic version. Last month i reveived a bill for 9.99 usd but didn’t realise the reason. Today the withdrawl from my bank account has repeated and i foud out that the bill was for this aplication. I have never agreed to pay for this. I did not receive any notification or alerts informing me about payment. I consider that this is an unauthorized withdrawl of money from my bank account!! Please refund my money and unsubscribe me from this payments. I am not going to use your app anymore!!

Our app offers a free trial subscription and provides full subscription information. It does not start any subscription without user's approval - it is impossible to start a subscription without authorization. App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them in iTunes Subscriptions (please check Apple Support page for details: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039). This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. You can also review or cancel subscription using a link provided in the Subscription Confirmation email.Please kindly use this manual to request a refund for your in-app purchase. 1) Open Apple problem reports page in your web browser: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/; 2) Log in with your Apple ID username and password; 3) Select 'Apps' tab; 4) Select 'Report a Problem' next to the purchase you want a refund for; 5) Click on Choose Problem and select 'I didn't mean to purchase this item' if you did not want to purchase the app or subscription; 6) Fill additional information and press 'Submit' button.
