Awesome ios design n features! I'm sure this update meets many ios users' satisfaction!But there is still one thing missed or wrong.We can't select multiple messages or texts and delete them. It's really bad especially in group conversations. There are so many conversations and photos in a group chat. We need to clean up the history. But there is no option to delete the entire conversation. We have to delete the texts one by one. It's not the way. We should be able to select any texts and photos, and delete them.I hope the bug would be fixed in next update, and hope it comes quick.Thanks.

Call quality is terrible as even with a high quality headset like Logitech (wired) and amazing internet, the other party has trouble hearing me sometimes and sometimes they are too loud. Biggest issue I have though is that even with 2 monthly unlimited subscriptions, Viber still forces me to renew early which is how I ended up with 2 plans to begin with and even though one doesn’t end until another 3 weeks and the other doesn’t end until another week, I am unable to make any calls and is being prompted to buy a per minute package. I reached out to support but their automated response says it can take up to 48 hours for someone to respond.

Account hijacked, number blocked for security reasons. It has been two months and activation still fails instantly. Support replies only with automated messages. Please escalate to Security Team
