I was banned from this app without an explanation or review from tinder support team. They will irreversibly delete your access at the whim of anyone that reports you without investigating if there was any violation of the guidelines and terms of use. I was a long lasting premium sub too. This goes to show that loyal customer base is not in their prioritiesStay away don’t waste your money here, there are far better alternatives.

A lot needs to improve

The only reason I’m giving one star over zero is that the app has a good design and will occasionally match you with people. Its promises are somewhat kept during the first day of your account. It all goes to hell afterwards. The app claims that I have 99+ likes, and no matter how much time I waste, I won’t get any matches whatsoever, maybe one per three days. It’s a sad money grab scheme. Maybe if it wasn’t so absurdly and unnecessarily expensive, I’d get the premium, but they’re literally laughing at us with these offers. It’s insulting. Bringing people together is a nice concept overall, once upon a time it might’ve even been motivated by pure intensions. However, today it’s nothing more than an extremely poorly executed pay-to-play scam. No matter how you look at it, it’s not okay to shadow-ban or selectively hide profiles just because they’re not premium. At least be honest about what we’re getting with the free version.

I swear, this app has the most useless customer support I have ever seen. I appealed a ban on my account, which, by the way, came out of nowhere and for no apparent reason, and the only response I got from them was that I had violated their terms of use and my account had been banned. Every time I email, I get the same message with no reasonable explanation as to why they banned me! I tried multiple times and got nothing. They even stopped responding to my emails. I tried resolving this politely but this is getting ridiculous. They ban your phone number, email, apple ID, pretty much everything they can so you wouldn’t be able to create a new account. I would understand if they explained and justified their decision and if I had actually done something wrong but that is not the case at all. I did not violate anything and that ban is just a load of bulls*it from their useless customer support.
